111 Center St, Cramerton NC 28032
“This small post office is located in a block of buildings overlooking the Catawba River and Goat Island. A perfect spot to send off your post cards and it turns out that yes, I had a few that I have been carting around for a bit. Oops. There is not a drop off lane and if there is any sort of good weather, you can expect the parking here to be a challenge. They do have a mailbox right in front. Super easy!”

“The clerk was very friendly and helpful. You'd have thought I'd never been to a post office to mail things before, but she she was incredibly patient and helpful! I watched her help two other folks in front of me with the same kindness and patience. Highly recommend this post office.”

“I give a perfect review because of the customer service given by Stan at this location. He really assists me in sending my packages out without issue for my small business of luxury soy candles. He deserves all the credit for being a good employee for USPS and seemingly a good all around person.....thank you Stan!”

“The assistant (i didnt get his name, black male), was incredible. He was helping a whole line of people after closing hours on a holiday. I didnt get my problem solved but it wasn't his fault, I did get more info from him then from anywhere on the web. Heros work there and this is the type of people you'd want to hire. Thank you for all you do.”

“03/05/26 3:13pm clerk:08 My experience was amazing!! The customer service was excellent! I had the very nice guy as my helper! It says on my receipt he’s clerk 08. He efficiently helped me with a quick return and also helped me mail postcards and letter. We went over what the stamp options were and I bought a new sheet. 10/10 would come again”

“Hubby and I had to send off large packages before flying out. We pulled up the nearest USPS and this one came up. When we arrived, the clerk Ms.FELICIA was pleasant, patient and very helpful. We were not sure why this location received such low ratings. The building was clean and organized. Ms.Felicia was professional and very personable. This was the most remarkable customer service and true example of the Carolinas southern hospitality!! We truly appreciate all you do Ms.Felicia!!!”
