“Shipping the vehicle was a long event and it left its first location in reasonable amount of time. The second location it sat in Winston Salem lot for over 10 days making the final location two days later than it supposed to. Also when it stated I would receive a call when it was time for a test drive, I didn’t receive a phone call for the appointment. So I went to the dealership in Gastonia when I walk in, there was several seating there. But when I talk to the sale representative John everything was great. John was very apologetic and did say that was on (us) as of being CarMax fault for not calling and scheduling an appointment. John worked hard and it was the best car experience I ever received.

I found my dream car, not only did Vanessa drop the price $1,000 but she waited patiently for days while I got all my ducks in a row, not complaining a single time. Came to get my car today, and with my wife and two year old son, she (and her lovely mother), was very patient with us while we called our bank and insurance and even managed to help other people in the process. They kept apologizing for it (which was completely unnecessary) and was just the epitome of professional.
