“I needed to take my trailer to Asheville to pick up a load of lumber. Before I left home I tested my trailer’s signal/brake lights as I always do since I only use my trailer a couple times a year. Of corse the lights did not work. I then drove to the Sanook shop for help. Upon arrival I was told that they were very busy and it may take 1-2 days before they could get to my trailer. I reluctantly agreed, but as I prepared to drop off the trailer the owner did a quick test on the trailer’s electrical system. He was able to diagnose the problem within five seconds. I bought the new part and was on my way to Asheville in ten minutes. I highly recommend the services of Saunook Industries.”

“I can't say enough about these guys. We were two hours from home when our truck began to make popping noises near the right front fender-well. So, I pulled into the garage, and immediately, the technician showed concern and promptly started a full diagnostic procedure to narrow down the reason for the noises. Long story short, we were made to feel as family and were sure that our vehicle was safe to drive once the problem was fixed. Got to say that the repair was actually cheaper than filling up the tank. “One of the employees, Tyler, went out of his way to help our family on the side of the road when our RV blew a tire. The tire messed up our RV pretty good, and he was nice enough to take a look for us and offer us some guidance on what we should do. He took time out of his Friday night to answer questions. These are good people!”

“They had the battery my car needed in house. What a relief, especially since we live in Cashiers. We saw that the Rainex, window fluid was on sale. We couldn't have been more pleased. Until, we went to Walmart and saw how much they sold a gallon for! Four times as much Advance Auto Parts did. Dang. What a gut punch”

“Wonderful experience using Cullowhee Body Shop. My car was wrecked when I struck a deer on I-26. Due to a delay in parts was unable to get my car in until 02-16-22. Was fixed in a little over a week. With the amount of damage I would of expected longer. Jamie does an excellent job of painting and making sure the job is mistake free. He takes such pride in his job. He wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the way my car turned out. I will gladly bring my vehicles back if and when anything cosmetic is needed. I know that the body work will be right and Jamie will put a great paint job on any vehicle that comes through the doors”
