“This is a major business advantage for us! First off it is MUCH closer to us than the UPS store. Secondly it is open for just two hours but its 6PM to 8PM! Perfect for procrastinators like myself. ?? The down side is during that time frame they are hustling getting packages on the truck to get them out to the airport so everyone there is BUSY. Please be patient because the clerk is often in the back helping get those packages out! I suggest printing your shipping label ahead of time to save yourself some time and if you don't need a receipt, you can just leave your packages in the lobby area. They will still get shipped out. But if you can't make your own label, they can help with that on the spot. Parking is a bit tight and at times it can get busy, but I still prefer this over the UPS store.”
“There was no line of any sort i walked right up n was greeted very nicely he was very knowledgable n very polite n he didnt get frustrated with me at all in-fact i even had to run out to my car for my wallet for him to print the label its always a great experience to go to the ups store even if you wait you do not wait long they come from the back to all pitch in which is awesome”
“I went to pick up a package, which was delivered to my house first, then I was given the option to pick it up the same day at a certain time. My package was indeed there and everyone treated me with respect and ensured that I had the correct package and thanked me for coming. It didn't take long and there was not a long line to wait in either. If picking up packages was like that everywhere, I would rather go pick my packages up. FEDEX ROCKS!!!! “I needed assistance in getting a large clumsy package into the store. I called to request help and the staff here was helpful and courteous! They said all I needed to do was to call once I arrived. I arrived, called, and a staff member quickly came outside to wheel my package inside. Once inside, I was brought up to the counter right away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service and awesome staff!”
