“We were in the Concord store on Tuesday, November 25th, 2024. My granddaughter, who is almost 13, was looking for clothes. She is at that age where she doesn't know what she wants. One of the associates, Del, started helping us and showing her different pieces. She found a couple she liked but they did not have her size. He immediately checked to see if he could order them, which we did. We put her in a dressing room and he started picking things out for her. She was able to find numerous items because of his help. She was so happy when we left. Del's interest in her made her day. Great service!”

“Customer service is usual very nice at this location. Just not thrilled with clothing style anymore. Blouses and dresses look like burlap sacks. Material fades easily and looks worn out quickly/after a few washes.”

“Wow! Customer service was top-notch! Came in looking for a cocktail dress (last minute, of course) and Riley was quick to pull several dresses. Then the entire team joined in recommending jewelry, shoes etc. The outfit came together beautifully and I can’t wait to wear it! First time in and they give 10% off! Such wonderful, helpful women. I can’t wait to go back!”

“My first time in this boutique and Marissa made me feel very welcomed. She was easy to talk to and had great recommendations on outfits. Went in to look at a A.L.C skirt and I tried on a size 4, it fit nicely but I wanted to try on a size 6 just to compare. They didn’t have size 6 in store for me to try on, Marissa checked on her system to see if they had it at their other location. She was able to find it and have it shipped to the Huntersville location for me to try on with no obligations to purchase it. When the skirt came in she contacted me to let me know it has arrived in store. Marissa listened to me and went above and beyond. She made my shopping experience pleasant and fun! I’m glad I found a place close by with good quality clothes and accessories. I don’t have to travel to Southpark as frequently now to shop for clothes anymore! “Love the selection! Finally, some great brands offered in Lake Norman. Beautiful styles, great quality, unique pieces that I’m used to seeing at cute boutiques in NYC. So happy to have stumbled across this gem!Only I almost didn’t go in because it looks closed from the outside. Not very inviting from the street, but glad to find it open when I walked by and tried the door.Only reason for 4 stars was the woman wasn’t very friendly when I was there. I like to be left alone to shop but I also appreciate the offer of help and an occasional check in when I’m trying clothes on. Was in the store for about 40 minutes and only saw her once when she spoke to me very quietly. It almost felt like I was a bother for being there. But I enjoyed my time and will certainly be back!”
“The store manager Ashley at Molly Malone’s Boutique in Mooresville was the absolute best! We came in close to closing time, and Ashely said not to worry! She ended up helping us shop for two hours past closing! I would have never expected that, but we were so pleased at how caring and attentive Ashely was. My daughter and I love this store. We have shopped here for years, but we had some special upcoming events. We knew Molly Malone’s would be the best place to get everything we needed!!!! My daughter described what she was looking for, and Ashely knew exactly what she was seeking. She pulled out a selection of the most amazing shoes, jeans, shorts, and dresses, and my daughter went home with new summer wardrobe. “On the Sunday after Thanksgiving or Black Friday, many stores in the shopping mall had discounts of up to 70%. Here, in the Levi's Outlet Store, there was 50% off the entire range, whether it was belts, socks, trousers, jackets... So let's go. The bargains were still available in almost all sizes. Molto Bene. The store was full, yet tidy and there was hardly any waiting time at the checkout. Anita was friendly and quick.”
“I have been meaning to review Plato’s Closet. Tonight I had my chance. I popped in to possibly find some good deals on designers.
Alexa, an employee was sweet and she helped me find some Ralph Lauren shirts for our son as well as a sweater that still had tags.

She suggested Jewelry pieces to me, convinced me to buy pieces I was unsure of! She was polite, she didn't break while still working folding clothes toward closing time. So she is a great multi tasker. I felt comfy with her, not like South Park mall where they watch you & have attitudes (except the one black lady who works there.) She was by herself as well, so to have that energy was rare!”

“Everything merchandise wise with Davidson they probably have it. You will not find textbooks here. Located on the main business drag across from the school. Parking is off street and free. The building appears newer and is an attractive modern design. The whole family was touring Davidson and stopped into browse. We were quickly approached for assistance, My son was looking for a Davidson Swim shirt, my daughter anything really. My daughter found something and my son struggled because nothing with swim. They did have a cap with swim, but he was not interested. He did end finding something. The store is packed with so much merchandise it's hard to imagine not finding something perfect. Checkout was the best part as it was friendly and helpful. The woman had lots of tips for us and was extremely supportive of Davidson. We walked very happy we met the clerk which elevated the review.”
