“There was a little glitch with a package coming to me from this location. It was not due to any mistake by this store. Issa was so helpful, patient and thorough in reviewing the problem and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve it. His outstanding customer service demonstrates that he focuses on making his store the best it could possibly be and confirms that he genuinely cares about each customer.
He could have viewed it as just another package of the hundreds they process daily, but he made me feel like my package was the most important one that day.
I highly recommend this UPS store on Sam Furr Rd and greatly appreciate Issa and his team for all they do.

“In 1997 my Dad gave me a money clip that has a pen knife. My Dad passed in 2007. I usually have been good about remembering the pen knife until a recent trip from DFW to NC. The TSA agent told me of the Airport Mailers option. I now have again my money clip. Thanks, Airport Mailers”
“I visited this FedEx location on Saturday morning as well as yesterday morning. Each time I was greeted by the manager by the name of Lisa. She is very patient and professional. I appreciate her for taking the time to assist me with my large shipment and not making me feel rushed or flustered. I did not receive the same customer service at the Concord Parkway location. Not only was Lisa, welcoming and willing to help but her entire staff were equally friendly. If I have printing or shipping needs in the future, I will definitely drive to this location.

“They are friendly and helpful every time I go in. There is frequently a line which I am always amazed at how fast the service all of the customers. If the line becomes a bit long I have seen employees from the back step up to help handle the overflow. For how busy they stay and the array of customer requests they employees are always so professional and warm. It is really commendable how consistent they are with their service and efficiency. I am usually only dropping off prepaid and labeled packages which is what this review is based on. I choose to drive out of my way to use them especially during COVID because they are taking COVID precautions all employees wear masks properly and all the customers do as well. I feel safe and comfortable using this Fedex store.”
“Bottom line: Using the FedEx Onsite location inside the local Walgreens was quick and simple. With offering a place to drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled FedEx items as well as a location to redirect/hold items at for a limited time, it's a pretty handy service. I am a fan! The Deets: I needed to get a FedEx package sent back to work from home that already had a pre-made label and packaged. In doing research to find out the nearest available FedEx drop/location, this FedEx OnSite location inside the local Walgreens came up. According to the FedEx website description about OnSite locations..."The Walgreens rollout is part of the nationwide expansion of FedEx OnSite, a network of retail locations offering FedEx pick up and drop off services, including the ability to hold packages for up to five business days." Sounded like just what I needed! These locations require that you package your items yourself and print off/attach the label before going to FedEx Onsite. They also can offer a place to redirect and hold packages there if needed instead of your home, for example. Off to my neighborhood Walgreens I went, and found that the process was pretty easy. I walked in and found a metal locker/cabinet just beyond the counter/register on the side marked as FedEx. There is not an elaborate or large scale type of FedEx presence otherwise. A staff member just happened to be standing in front of it at the time and saw the package to send in hand, walking up. She said, "You have something to send out? I will take it for you!" then took the package, scanned the label in with her tracking device, and the transaction was completed. Simple as that. Tracking was done by the FedEx app from that moment on. I had however just missed the only one pickup they apparently have in late afternoon/early evening, so the package did not get sent out until the next day. It reached the destination with no apparent issues encountered. I found using FedEx OnSite at Walgreens easy and quick, I will use this service in the future if needed!”
“I needed to get dress clothes to my husband halfway across the country. They needed to be there the next day. Shonike did a wonderful job helping me get that done without completely breaking the bank. It was still expensive but I was unaware of special FedEx boxes that could be used instead of the random one I had packed the items in. I really appreciate the help and patience so that my husband could look presentable at a funeral. The package was due to arrive the next day before 8 pm but it arrived at around noon the next day!”
