“Plaza animal hospital is the best place around! When I was looking for a vet for our dog Joey I honestly googled and picked the closest place to my house. I’m so lucky to have found them! Joey has been in for the normal visits, it’s always easy to make appointments and very quick to get in. He recently had surgery so we have been regulars around the office for a few weeks. Everyone is always so kind, and Joey really loves his visits with everyone! It’s so obvious how much everyone there loves their jobs and cares for our fur babies. Dr Ellis was very thorough after joeys surgery and he and his crew have been very helpful in his recovery. I don’t think there’s a better team out there to take care of my baby!!! I’m so glad we found them.”

I was very nervous to find a new veterinarian in the area after having a few bad experiences locally and I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have I found this place. Not only did they let you stay with your dog for most of the appointment which is really important to me but they have a very soft approach and didn’t at all make me feel like I was being rushed out. 10/10 would recommend to literally everyone I meet! “I just started taking Jack to Dr. Stutesman a couple months ago and I unfortunately had to have him euthanized on Tuesday. Dr. Stutesman was absolutely amazing in performing such an incredibly difficult procedure. He took his time and stayed on the floor with Jack for several minutes until the procedure was over and Jack was at peace. I was an absolute wreck and they were all so understanding and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Stutesman and Staff. ❤️”

“Dr.Gayle took care of my golden today. She was having issues with her ears and some stiffness in her legs. We were able to get a same day appointment and Dr. Gayle was exceptional with our girl. She was kind and patient and gave her a thorough examination. She was able to give us meds to take care of her issues and even sent an email to follow up on precise instructions, our girl loves her and so do we!??”

Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.”

“HPAH Hospital has taken exceptional care of my very nervous Dalmatian from the very beginning, as well as my parents dogs. From her early puppy visits, through her spay, and during moments of high stress and serious illness, their care has been consistently compassionate, attentive, and professional. The manager, Tara, took the time to truly educate me on typical vs. atypical vaccine reactions, which helped me feel informed and confident as a pet parent. When my dog was seriously sick, Dr. C and Maya provided quick, focused, and attentive care, exactly what you hope for in an urgent situation. What truly sets this hospital apart is how genuinely the entire staff treats pets like their own. My dog is always met with patience, cuddles, treats, and kindness, which makes a world of difference for an anxious pup (and an anxious owner). Dr. Allers, Dr. Spano, and Dr. Rothe are all excellent doctors, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate in their approach. On top of that, the hospital offers multiple payment options, which removes the added stress of finances in emotional moments. It is immediately evident why this hospital won AAHA Hospital of the Year. The level of care, education, and heart they provide is unmatched. I am beyond grateful to have my dog in their hands and cannot recommend HPAH highly enough. Five stars all around!!!!”

“I moved to NC after living my entire 25 years in AZ. The only hard part of my move was leaving my long time groomer of my two pups and their vet. I had worked for a rescue for years. So to say my vet & I were close was an understatement. Transferring to north meck I knew I had found their vet clinic the second I stepped in their beautiful welcoming facility. To say I was impressed coming from a small mom/pop vet back home was an understatement. But my review today comes from the love & care I received today after having to put my first pup to sleep after 15 years with him. He wa the most incredible pup and deserved the most dignified passing. Dr blackard helped me work through options & when they failed she was the most compassionate soul walking me through end of life care & giving me clarity on this decision. Unfortunately , she wasn't in today to be the one to help me say goodbye to cowboy. But Dr Renehan was. To say she treated my dog as one of her own is also and understatement. The way she spoke to me , my mom , and my pup walking us though everything and being as sensitive & loving as possible as if cowboy was her own changed my life. I didn't want cowboy to walk into the clinic as he hates being at the vet. They allowed me to do a beautiful peaceful passing out back on their grounds on a picnic table. He never was afraid. I believe in my heart that these two drs do what they do to give dog parents and their pets the most love possible during their hardest moments. Thank you for changing my life today. I can sleep tonight knowing cowboy left this world the way he lived it- peaceful , loving , and dignified.”

“Thank You for treating my Great Dane puppy who had a severe HOD flare up. Dozer is now recovering, doesn’t seem like he’s in pain anymore and he’s able to walk now!
He’s been kept for around 4 days. I was starting to lose hope, wondering if euthanasia was the only way to help him.. But ya’ll took great care of him and saved him ❤️
If he ever has another flare up (I hope not) and will need hospitalization, I’ll definitely come back!”
