“Want to post about my great experience with this company. I own a furniture store in Ohio. Had to service a customer's recliner whose mechanism was sticking a little bit after several years of hard use. From the minute I spoke with the young lady in customer service, I knew it was going to be a good experience. She gave me great advice. I sent the customers mechanism to the factory, and they rebuilt it top-to-bottom - like new!! Perhaps best of all, they got it back to me in less than a week.
