“As a resident of Lexington and wanting to support Lexington small local businesses, I went into Shumaker's based on a good recommendation from a neighbor and I found them to be extremely helpful. I needed a new gas cooktop and microwave oven/standard oven combo unit to replace the original 29 year-old units installed with my home and the main challenge was making them fit. I worked with Russ, who went through several options with me and even presented some alternative options I hadn't previously considered to make it work. On installation day, he and his son came to install them and they did a fantastic job (see attached pictures). They are courteous and respectful and I'll definitely be calling on them again in the future for any appliance and/or furniture needs and I recommend them without reservation.”
