“Best bank branch I've ever dealt with. I have double digit accounts with First Citizens, both business and personal. From checking accounts, trust accounts, vehicle loans, and real estate loans, they have the expertise to guide and assist you. The tellers are also extremely helpful and friendly. Unlike other banks, I see the same faces for years at this branch which speaks to the job the branch management does.
Honestly I probably wouldn't be with first citizens if it wasn't for the personnel at this branch. I drive 10+ miles to bank here driving past the usual competitors in the area because of the outstanding service from Kayla Neal, Justin Green, and Jeremy Love. I have banked with them for over a decade and have some accounts at other banks by necessity, so I do have some experience with other banks. Mr. Frank B. Holding, Jr., if you are reading this I would suggest using this branch for a benchmark for your other branches and tap some of these good people for promotion.”
