About CrossFit Allegiance
CrossFit Allegiance is a supportive and family-inclusive gym for all ages and fitness levels. It is described as a safe space and a CrossFit home with a great, supportive environment. Many note it has amazing, nice people and is a welcoming community. Members report growing as athletes, gaining strength and confidence, and finding it to be a physical and psychological saving grace. The gym challenges individuals and is highly recommended for creating a life-changing experience where everyone can come together.

CrossFit Allegiance has been my CrossFit home for the last 3 years. Jill and Eric have been amazing and have helped me so much grow and become a great athlete. No gym will compare to Allegiance, and CrossFit has changed my life! Thank you for making my last 3 years amazing.

I have been at CFA for 8 years and absolutely love it, along with my kids too! Give it a shot. Great people and a supportive environment for all ages.

I've been at CFA for over five years now, and I am so grateful for the strength and confidence their box has given me. Throughout my time with CFA, I have gone through two pregnancies, and am stronger now than I was before kids. If you are looking for a family-inclusive gym that will challenge you, I highly recommend it.
