Members report growing as athletes, gaining strength and confidence, and finding it to be a physical and psychological saving grace. I can’t say enough great things about this CrossFit gym! From day one, I felt completely welcomed—not just by the coaches, but by every member of the community. It truly has that rare, supportive atmosphere where everyone encourages each other, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

As a avid gym user in the Denver area, I can say Crossfit Allegiance has the best community of people in town. Welcoming, encouraging, accepting and even if you don't know one thing about crossfit before you enter the door you will learn so very much in a short time.

I have tried a lot of CrossFit gyms, and no where has compared to CrossFit Allegiance! Jill is a phenomenal coach and has really pushed me to accomplish my goals! I can’t say enough good things about them!
