“I'm sorry if this is a little long. I really needed 2 front tires on my car (like really bad). I called Alray and asked if they happen to have 2 used tires that would fit and they said they did. Once I got there they told us that after looking at them (the 2 they had) one was really good and the other wasn't as good as the first one but still way better then what I currently had. They said that if I wanted it they wouldn't charge me for the one that wasn't as good. I was shocked bc they could have put them both on and charged me for both but they were honest and let me decide if I wanted it. Which I did take both. They were busy so it was a little bit of a wait but it was not an overly long wait.
So here's where it gets interesting I get the tires and leave make it to the car wash in drexel and "the good tire" is flat like flat flat. We had to stop and put the spare on flat. I called and told them and they asked if I could make it back and I said yes. One the phone and in person they apologize several times and I told the guy on the phone, it happens and we would come back. Once we got back they were able to replace both tires with some that were even better and did not charge me anymore.
It was hot and at this point I was just tired and wishing that we could just make some Flintstone tires and not have to deal with tire tires anymore.
My point here is I feel like Alray went above and beyond for us to make it right. They could have handled the situation several different ways and charged me more money but they did everything they could to make it right. Again it was not anyone's fault, things happen but I feel so blessed with the way they handled it.
Thank you guys so much for the way y'all handled it and reassured us that everything would be ok.
From now on anyone ask best place to get some tires this is my recommendation.”
“They did my oil change! Nice and friendly service. I wasn't there 30 minutes! I requested a high mileage oil change, and that's what I received! I actually seen them putting quarts in. Instead of pumping the oil out of an oil drum..that's rare. Checked my fluids and tire pressure too. The service and piece of mind was worth the price! I will have them do it next time”

“Great experience!! We needed replacement tires for one of our vehicles, a Tesla Model 3 Levi Hendrix, the parts Manager was able to research and find the set we were looking for. He then called me and shared when they expect to arrive so that I could schedule an appointment at my convenience. We received text updates upon being received through shipping, immediately after, Levi called to confirm they received them as expected. Alex Guthrie, our Service Advisor met me in the Service Lane, checked us in, and sent the truck back for dispatch to our technician. A little while later, our technician Jacob sent a video while the car was being serviced, letting us know the work would be ready shortly.”
