“Wow!! Trey from Fisher’s Towing blew me away today. What excellent service!! This started as a AAA call because my car wouldn’t start, and I’d been trying to figure it out a few days. The first guy sent should have been able to resolve the issue, but he called for a tow after trying a few minutes. If Trey had been sent first, I’d have a few hours of my life back! He hopped out of his big tow truck, did the same treatment the first guy did, but got my car cranked in just a few minutes. He stayed to make sure the battery was charging and that it would continue to start after being cut off. Saved me the tow, and I was able to drive it across town myself to my diesel mechanic, to check alternator, etc.

“I'm a Sr citizen, visiting from Arkansas. My passenger front headlight and running light was out ( I had the fuses I was simply requesting that possibly a kindly mechanic to remove the burnt out fuses and replace the. w/the new ones)
I called 6-7 area automotive garages on Sat am ,none could help. I found Billy's Auto Repair, Billy answered, polite and professional stating that so many businesses are simply about the money and not so much about being personable and meeting ppl's automotive needs ( customer $$$)
He assured me We are different ( exceptional I'd say! ) I let him know I'll arrive in about 10mins. He wrote me up a ticket and had my vehicle in the bay quickly. I highly recommend Billy's for all of your automotive needs, and repairs!!!
No charge!!! Gabriel replaced a burnt out fuse, and replaced the running light bulb. He apologized saying being that my vehicle a Fiat 500cc is not listed in his automotive system . He cannot locate the issue w/the running light. When I asked he suggested where they may be able to service the isue. Yes, No Charge, PTL !!! After several attempts I insisted on giving a tip ; ) Yaaay!👏👏👏”

“I love this body shop! They always do excellent work for me, and they went above and beyond this time! I went to them to have my A pillar replaced (the piece that runs along the side of the windshield), and I had recently had my windshield replaced. The tape Safelite used on the windshield had gotten baked onto my car. These guys got the tape off and didn't even mention they had fixed it for me before I left, letting it be an awesome surprise! Thanks so much, Haas boys! ?”
“I had a low pressure on one of my tires. I went in asked if they could fix it. In about 20 minutes or so they came and showed me what was the reason for tire pressure. They kept me informed about what they were doing… I would definitely recommend them”
“Being a woman you get used to be treated a certain way I don't know automotive place but here they treated me like anybody else regardless of what my sex is they listen to my concerns and gave me options an input on what could be done fix whatever issues I was having”
“I ordered tires on walmart.com and had them installed here. Booked the appointment online when I ordered the tires. Everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in a little over an hour. While I was there I saw several people walk in with no appointment and becoming frustrated when told the wait time would be 2 or 3 hrs for an oil change. This service center is open 7 days a week, 12 hrs a day. I highly recommend booking an appointment at a time that works for you instead of expecting to just walk in and have service performed while you shop or something.”
