“This place is AMAZING! The front room is full of current, full size, step-in games. But then, as you keep walking through the place, you'll find an incredible array of themed pinball machines; the most I've ever seen in one place - from Kiss to Jaws to Star Wars. We stopped in for fun, but stayed for almost two hours and played everything from the themed pinball machines to Donkey Kong and Ms. Pacman. It was a fun, throwback experience!”
“I usually stop here to play my lottery! They also have discount tobacco products and the staff is super friendly. Stop in at the Hop In and you will be happy you did. This place is under construction right now and the store is still open. They have everything for your next road trip.”

“This deli/convenience store/t-shirt shop/gas station was a block away from our hotel so there's that, but the snack selection is epic. The sandwiches (my hard salami with smoked gouda on rye for $3.75, and my husband's [very heavy] Big Dog club sandwich for $6.50) were delish! The drink selection is also comprehensive. This place is right in the heart of the magical KDH mile post 8.5.”
“Nice little gas station/convenience store on the east side of 158. They are easy to spot from the highway. They are easy to get in and out of. They have always been clean when I have stopped by. The staff has always been friendly when I go into the store.”
“It's the place you need when you need it! Been going here for years, and it's really your last, best stop when you come on to the islands or before you leave them. Five stars for longevity and being open when I needed you! Prices are island prices, but you can't beat the location. Watch out during the summer because this place gets BUSY on the weekends!!”

“Stopped here recently while passing through town. The station was clean, easy to get in and out of, and the pumps worked quickly without any issues. Inside, the staff was friendly and the store was stocked better than I expected for a gas station convenience stop. Prices were fairly reasonable compared to nearby stations as well.”
“Honored corporate gas specials, even on a holiday (Not all 7-Elevens on the Outer Banks do.). Pay at the pump worked as expected, but did need to go into the convenience store to get a paper receipt.”

“Unexpected gem. Reasonable RV accessibility (we have a 32’ travel trailer), complete with a small convenience store, Hunt Bros Pizza (& Wings), arcade & laser tag, laundromat and Mexican Restaurant next door.”

“I stop here a lot on my way up to Corolla. Good selection of stuff inside. It's pretty quiet and nice during the winter, but be prepared to wait a while in the summer and on weekends. Glad they haven't removed the giant tree out front, it adds plenty of shade.”
