“This deli/convenience store/t-shirt shop/gas station was a block away from our hotel so there's that, but the snack selection is epic. The sandwiches (my hard salami with smoked gouda on rye for $3.75, and my husband's [very heavy] Big Dog club sandwich for $6.50) were delish! The drink selection is also comprehensive. This place is right in the heart of the magical KDH mile post 8.5.”
“Cheapest gas! Worth the drive from the barrier islands to fill up your tank! And on the way back, you can patronize many places to make the visit worth it! If Weeping Radish is open, grab a lunch and drink the best beer you'll ever drink in the States.”
“It's the place you need when you need it! Been going here for years, and it's really your last, best stop when you come on to the islands or before you leave them. Five stars for longevity and being open when I needed you! Prices are island prices, but you can't beat the location. Watch out during the summer because this place gets BUSY on the weekends!!”

“Just dropped $80 in diesel fuel go inside to use the restroom and they told me it’s closed.. so if you need to use the restroom keep it moving and don’t waste your time hereEdit: thank you for the response BP. “My fiancé and I come to this gas station regularly, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff there! They’re always very sweet and helpful to me, and they do a great job at keeping things clean and tidy! I usually step in to use their restroom, and its always clean and working! Their sink even has hot water, which a lot of gas station bathrooms struggle to provide (in my experience). All of the products are stocked well and organized, and they have a good variation of food, drinks, and even some toys/collectibles! I dont work here, nor am I related to any of the staff, but I believe I would have great relationships with all who work there! I definitely recommend!(Disclaimer: I was not paid for my review either. I just really like them!)”

“I stop here a lot on my way up to Corolla. Good selection of stuff inside. It's pretty quiet and nice during the winter, but be prepared to wait a while in the summer and on weekends. Glad they haven't removed the giant tree out front, it adds plenty of shade.”
