“Wow, what impressive customer service. I mean I've shopped this store for years, but when my husband and I stopped in to find waterproof shoes for our trip to Ireland, we received extra help finding just what we needed. We both ended up with OnClouds (different colors, LOL!) which were super comfortable for all our walks and hikes around Ireland and Northern Ireland, but given the rainy weather, they were a Godsend! Didn't expect the handwritten thank you note to be in my mailbox upon my return though! Sarah and the SFS Duck Crew had written to thank us for the purchase and hoped we were enjoying our waterproof OnClouds. On top of that, they included at $10 certificate for our next purchase. How is that for personalized service! We'll continue to shop at this great Duck shop.”
