“Ordered a fuel filler cap for my 2012 Audi. It was after hours when I texted them and inquired. They got back to me first thing and got me what I needed. Prices seem fair. Checkout was easy and I am just waiting to get the part. Hopefully it no is correct and they did say there is a warranty if it is the wrong one.”

I am very likely to be a customer for life.

“I have been using Bob for exhaust work for years (over 15)...I haven't needed to go to him for several years until this AM as one of my cars was 'getting loud' over the weekend...Bob showed me the incorrect work that someone else did in another part of the state while my daughter had the car and it went bad..Bob and Dennis repaired the missing piece and the little car is quiet again.....I'd use them again!

Paula McMaster, “mastered” her craft and tried her best to negotiate with her GSM to get my trade where a competing brand had fixed. She was meticulous and she listened. Its the small things that matter! Although we couldn’t come to an agreement on trade, she was great and is a keeper! I would’ve definitely purchased my next BMW from here had we come to an agreement. It was bittersweet having to go to a Different Brand (Mercedes) because the service was nothing short of amazing! Who knows maybe I’ll return in a couple of years to trade in what I purchased today from Mercedes. But thanks again Paula, you're the best! -Mr. Bentley”

“I’ve been to Caliber twice in the last few months (unfortunately) and both times their customer service and repair work have been excellent. There is seamless communication between my insurance company that allows for me to understand what is covered and what I am paying for. They also work smoothly with rental car agencies to ensure that I have access to a vehicle (I get picked up when I drop my car off and can leave the rental there when my car is ready). They definitely lighten the load on what can be a frustrating situation. I highly recommend!”
