He recommended a replacement clamp as well which I hadn’t noted as a problem before but absolutely needed replaced. I had to get my battery checked and one person said I needed it charged. My car wouldn't start and the jump box wasn't starting it either. The other worker came right out and helped and let me know my battery was just old. I already wanted to purchase a new battery anyway. He did the whole process of removing and replacing the new one and wasn't rushing at all.
