“Can’t recommend this shop enough. Damaged my Land Cruiser while off roading at Uwharrie so insurance was a no go. Scheduled an estimate and discussed options. They were able to repair the panel instead of replacing it which saved me a significant amount of money. Dropped it off Monday and it was ready to go the following Friday. Repairs look great as new. I shopped around, and the estimate from Maaco was the most reasonable, but the customer service is why I would go back.”

“My Experience with Mark Jacobson:
I had damage on my door, wheel, and rear fender. Everything was fixed well, except for some scratches on the inside door trim. They did replace that part for me later, which I appreciated.
However, the repair process took quite a long time — more than a month. The customer service staff were nice, but there were a few things I still think should have been handled differently. They kept saying, “If you want to replace it, you’ll have to pay for it,” even though the part (the door stripe) was already damaged and the door itself had been replaced. Instead of replacing the stripe too, they reused the old damaged one.
Overall, the repair quality was good, but the long wait time and some parts not being replaced as expected made the experience less satisfying.”
