    Been a member for 30 years, so the 3 star reflects the totality of my experience. I will say customer service has gone downhill big time in the past 5 years or so, but overall, I am still happy enough to bank with them. Hopefully all of the recent negative feedback is taken seriously, and we see an improvement.

    Ms. Evans was impeccably helpful, my account got closed due to inactivity (out of work) and Ms. Evans repaired my account and also printed a new card for me...no hassle no headache...thank you so much🙂
