Young lady at the store completely turn my experience around. Store in cary was beyond rude and disrespectful. But the young lady at this store was amazing. Took the time to actually help us and was happy to do so. Please keep up the awsome work....u are a star

Started going back to preordering with GameStop because Amazon runs late with releases.Great staff. Wish the warranty wasn't pushed so hard.I'll never need it because I store my games well, so hearing the pitch over and over again when I'm already not too big on talking is annoying.

Awful customer service. Mike told me told that their printer was broken and he couldn't do anything else to help. Just told me to contact customer service- he didn't know what to do.
