“What makes one state owned and operated liquor store different than any of the others? It's the people who work there and their attitude about their customers and their job. I don't expect anyone at the liquor store to be my best buddy just cuz I shop there....but if I come into any business to shop once or twice a week, month after month, year after year, you should at least act like you've seen me before. And folks in this particular ABC store do. It's neighborly.”

“Wonderful wine store and knowledgeable owners. I favor a good selection of French wines in general. Not only is their selection trialed and tested and very good-- but they also cover a broad price range. If you would enjoy buying 50 and 75+ $$ bottles you can find excellent selections but if your budget is more modest and you are looking for $15-25$ selections, you can buy with confidence as well. Have been buying from them for years.. highly recommend. Love this purveyor.”

“This Harris Teeter was very similar to other ones. The produce section was much more fresh than the other ones I have been too. The shelves were a little bare but I did come late afternoon on a Sunday so that was expected. The parking lot can be a challenge during busy times. It was very hard to pull out of the parking lot and there were other cars coming from every direction.”
“For the old school remedies for cold, I went to purchase some Rock N Rye whiskey, I was greeted when I walked in, the Police Officer was cute and smiled, greeted me, and I received help to find what I needed. ?”
“I needed gluten free flatbread to make homemade pizza. I'm not familiar with GF bec it was for a guest. I approached the bread man who was stocking named Kevin. He was super nice and all he had was loaf and he directed me to the bakery/deli section after telling me to also check frozen. I headed first to deli. A nice young woman named Jamiya in the deli, instead of telling me where to look, walked me all over the store including back to the bread guy to get more info on GF. We went to refrig biscuit section w/ no luck, pie crusts section then finally found GF frozen pizza dough. Another employee Kirsten helped join in the search as well. Jamiya even read off some of the ingredients/directions on the packaging bec I could not see very well. Outstanding service! I haven't been treated this well in a very long time. Bravo Harris Teeter! I wanted to do a HT survey but there wasn't one on my receipt. This is my new go to store. Has it's gas station at bottom of parking lot- very convenient.”

“Story time! Best customer service I think I’ve ever had. Went by to have an image printed at the bakery for a cake I was making. I did not have a hard copy but had the image in my phone. Totally my fault I didn’t bring the image. Went to customer service and asked the manager on duty (Lilly) if they would by chance be able to print the image for me. I’d gladly pay of course but unfortunately their printer was only able to do black and white. I jokingly asked if anyone live near Rougemont that would come get the image from me and have it printed. Lilly looked at me and said “I drive right past you to get home, I can absolutely do that.” Of course I was completely joking and in no way did I ever expect anyone to do that. She insisted. Fast forward. I get home and my printer is now not printing color. The game of having the image printed was coming to an end at this point. I texted Lilly and told her the again bad news and she said “I got you, I’ll print it from my printer at home” I’m floored, I don’t even know this person and the kindness she showed to a complete stranger blew my mind! She called this morning to let me know she had an idea on how to get the image printed, I get a text an hour later with not one but four of the same images in different sizes because she wanted me to have multiple options.. I'm sorry, who is this person!!! I am now calling this wonderful woman a new friend! This was an act of kindness I will never forget and will talk about the rest of my life. She really has inspired me to go above and beyond for my customers as well. Harris Teeter, you better keep this one, LILLY IS INCREDIBLE!!!”

“Having found nearby my place ( half mile) able to walk their to pick up my medications is a Hege help in getting medications...recently signed up for text notices to assure I not run out of medicine had worked out even better ..friendly staff & pharmacist certainly additional plus that will have me returning & be a customer for as long as this ol senior citizen can be..✌️ Shout out to Wendy & Dawn..for always helping with any my concerns and vaccinations more recently.. you 2 women are Great,!”

“We cannot express enough our gratitude to Chris B of Harris Teeter North Point Drive. He was the best customer service staff I have ever met! Since we came to the store, he answered all our queries and even offered himself if ever we need anything. We had issues with lots of items but he patiently gave us handful of substitute making it extremely an easy experience. When we finally completed our order, he had another customer waiting so he said thag he will come back to us to check of everything is fine. To our surprise, he even bought us an item because we left that and told him to void. He said that he loves helping people and you're a living proof that there are still great people in this world. You are so lucky to have him work at Customer service. Again, thanks amd more powers!”

“this store is always neat as a pin and shelves are fully stocked. very efficient checkout, staff is friendly, although the presence of an armed officer at all times is a little hard to ignore, it makes sense here (I'm looking at you Harris Teeter, why do you need full-time armed security for a grocery store?)”

“Great selection of fruits and veggies, sushi and half sandwiches made freshly packaged for lunches, tons of cake slices and whole cakes to choose from. The store does close the left side sliding doors after 9pm so you do have to use the right sliding doors for entering and exiting”

“I visited here a few days ago and I was helped at the customer service desk. I was helped by Sandra I believe. She was really nice and helped me with my fuel points. There was another young guy named Bryann (he had on white shirt) at the desk as well. I was needing to exchange my pineapple for another one. He so kindly offered to go grab me another one since the one I picked was going bad. He came back with 2 pineapples to choose from but I declined (which I felt bad about) because I’m picky. I told him I would prefer it to have more yellow. I feel like those are sweeter and more ripe, but I’m probably wrong lol. He was so nice about it and I hope he doesn’t lose that kind innocent helpful spark that he has that so many people lose. He was amazing!”
