βCarmen in the skincare/makeup section of the store is incredible. She was so warm, knowledgeable, patient, honest, and professional. She was genuinely interested in making sure she learned and understood my needs before making recommendations. I’ve had so many experiences where store representatives just try to sell me the most expensive product - not Carmen. She was focused on making sure I was well taken care of and ensuring that my skin care needs were the priority.β
βI had the absolute best experience at Belk thanks to Aziz in the Polo Ralph Lauren section. He is the sweetest gentleman and truly went above and beyond for both me and my husband. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.
Aziz has such a warm, pleasant energy and is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just making a sale. Because of him, our whole experience felt special and memorableβnot just another shopping trip.
Honestly, heβs the kind of employee that makes you want to come back and shop at Belk again and again. I really wish there were more people like him. He absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!) for the way he represents the store.

βThe folks at this Marshalls are amazing! So I have an important trip coming up for work and was in need of a good carryon suitcase.
I first went to Amazon as ya do but alas, stupid Amazon dropped the ball, again, ugh!
So I'm going to all these different places looking for luggage and I remembered good ole Marshalls! Now, truth be told, when I go into a Marshalls I have to be fofocused, cuz gurl they got all sorts of good deals.
Anyway, I found a piece of luggage that would be perfect for my trip; but I noticed 2 things. One was a lil damage to one of its corners and the other was no price tag. So I went up to the front and a nice, young lady helped me. Her colleague went to research the price but couldn't find another one with the same brand name. So she said based on the size of another piece of luggage it would be $59. Not bad, not bad but what about that lil bit of damage, I asked, can we take off any for that? She said yes and promptly got her manager who was super helpful in giving me a lil extra discount and checking me out.
Thank you to all the folks at the Durham Marshalls, yall are wonderful and made my up coming trip easier and even more stress free! Will definitely be back!β
βI have to give a special shoutout to Mason in the shoe department at Macy’s! Every time my mom and I shop, we always make our way over to the shoe department to see him. At this point, it’s become part of our shopping routine! 😊
Mason has such an amazing eye for style and always knows exactly what shoe will work best with whatever we’ve picked out. Whether we’re looking for something classic, trendy, or just the perfect finishing touch, he somehow always gets it right.
What I appreciate most is how genuinely helpful and personable he is. He remembers us, takes the time to listen to what we’re looking for, and makes us feel like we’re shopping with someone who truly cares rather than just trying to make a sale.
My mom and I always look forward to seeing Mason, and honestly, a trip to Macy’s wouldn’t feel complete without stopping by to get his opinion! He’s truly one of those employees who makes the whole shopping experience more enjoyable. Macy’s is lucky to have him! ❤β
βI was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and Iβm glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasnβt here. It was easy and fun! I highly recommend shopping here, especially when Dionne is working. I will be back.β
βI had an emergency that I knew only Ross could solve. I found what I needed in nearly my size (quite a plus) and received great customer service, as always. I'm currently in another state as well. Ross is my go-to for most anything! I have been a happy 😊 customer for 16 years and counting!β

βI had a great experience at JCPenney thanks to the cashier, Chaiti. She was friendly, patient, and very efficient. From the moment I reached the register, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire checkout process smooth and pleasant. She handled everything quickly yet carefully, answered my questions clearly, and was genuinely kind throughout.
It’s refreshing to meet someone so professional and helpful at the same time. Chaiti truly made my visit better, and I’m very grateful for her excellent service. JCPenney is lucky to have her on the team!β

βThis Walmart had a wide selection to choose from. Located at a great location with plenty of parking. All employees that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of self check outs as well as registers with actual cashiers. This store was very clean and the aisles free of clutter. I wish all Walmart's were like this one.β
βThis review is for curbside pickup only. I actually avoid coming to Walmart because I just don't like it. I might come to Walmart like once a year, if even that often lol. But Walmart does carry certain items that I can't find anywhere else.I checked in on the app to let them know I was on the way. I arrived at 2:10pm and entered my parking info on the app. By the way, the pickup spots are all the way to the left of the store beside the garden area. They had my order out in 2 minutes so I was very impressed with their speed, especially with it being the day before Christmas Eve.I may have to start doing more pickup orders now!β

βVery neat and clean. I went for some work pants and got that and a decorative wall art to hang on my wall! The clothes were good prices as usual. I couldn't find a nice blouse in my size but there was plenty of pants and dresses.β
βI believe this was one of the best Target stores that I have ever visited!! They had an exceptional grocery selection with many organic or non-ultraprocessed food choices. It also has an Ulta inside as well as a CVS drug store. I was able to do much of my shopping in one location or store. I really can't say enough good things about the grocery selection at this store. I was 150 miles from home, or I'd shop here weekly. Also, I thought the staff were very nice and helpful here. Thank you Target!β
βOne of the best stores to shop in the United States, with very good prices for brand name products, credit cards are accepted and the parking is large and sufficient, the hours are long, as soon as you leave as comfortable as possible and with time to see the entire store and make the best purchases at the best prices....β
