“I absolutely love and adore rumors. I do have to unfortunately leave a review because today my boyfriend and I went in and overheard a staff member tell a young teenager shopping with their mom that “it doesn’t matter what they wear to middle school, they will be bullied no matter what”. I feel like rumors should focus on customer service training and overall interactions. My experience while being rung up was also highly unpleasant. The long time employees have always been fabulous and I really want to credit that. It would be nice to feel more welcomed into the space by the newer staff.”

“I cannot recommend Rana at Bernard's highly enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect for my wedding. My groomsmen and I somehow managed to submit several of our measurements wrong, and what could have been a stressful situation became completely manageable because of Rana. She patiently remeasured everyone in the store, made all the necessary adjustments, and ensured every tux fit perfectly for the wedding day. What impressed me even more was her commitment to customer service after her job was technically done. She continued to answer my questions and offer helpful advice over text, even when she had no obligation to do so. That level of care is rare nowadays and speaks volumes about how much she values her customers. If you're getting fitted for a wedding or any formal event, ask for Rana. She goes above and beyond, and thanks to her, one less thing needed to be worried about on our wedding day. Thank you, Rana, for making the entire process so easy!”

“I was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasn’t here. It was easy and fun! I highly recommend shopping here, especially when Dionne is working. I will be back.”

“Hometown Apparel is the place to get anything Durham! We had a guest from out of town and they wanted local gear. I did a search for local t-shirts and found this store. They additionally have caps, stickers, decals, some local foodstuffs and a whole section for babies and children. Great find and might come back myself especially for a Can Opener t-shirt. A must for anyone looking for Durham goods.”

“Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff !We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids ??Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food.And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.And all that time, they let me sit on(@) one of their display tables since I’m struggling with my back pain.The gentlemen, like Chris and Tay(or Té) and then another one whom I don’t want to butcher his Nigerian name , these guys were all very attentive and entertaining!Errol”

“I just left the store and was already so pleased with the service. Both sales associates were so warm and helpful that I was already planning to write a review. However, as I was leaving the store, I noticed that other stores in the mall all had their doors closed. Then I realized I had stayed until about five minutes after closing time and had no idea because they never made me feel rushed or.like.Inwasnholding them.up. I definitely don’t think it’s fair to keep people after hours and I try to make a point of getting out on time, but it really is nice to not feel like someone is pushing you out the door.”

Whether we’re looking for something classic, trendy, or just the perfect finishing touch, he somehow always gets it right. What I appreciate most is how genuinely helpful and personable he is.
