“I was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasn’t here. It was easy and fun! “Need to change their policies about online purchase when a price drop is involved. Should be able to call customer service and get a price adjustment especially when it occurs less than a week after purchase. You should not have to repurchase the items and return the more expensive items. Also if you do an online order and the package arrives missing items the customer should not be made to feel like they are lying about missing items and that Old Navy must do an investigation before issuing a refund even if the customer just wanted the missing item sent!!!”

“We bought couple of winter wear items 3 days back from Men’s and Women’s section.
We liked the women’s puffed Jacket and though it was bit longer assumed it was the
latest design since we picked it up from women’s section.We tried the jacket again at home but were told by friends that the item looks oversized and to get it changed.Very next day we took it to store and checked at the billing counter and we were told that it was a men’s item though it was kept at Women’s section.I am a visitor and would request Kohls to put up signage requesting customers not to move items from one section to another which may cause avoidable errors.We had to spend on Uber multiple times in this cold weather.”

“We were at Southpoint Mall yesterday after traveling from Virginia to have my daughter seen by her doctor at Duke. We used to live in the area and my daughters miss Urban Outfitters so we always stop in when we travel to Durham. While we were shopping a storm was brewing outside, we checked out and went to leave the store. While debating whether to try to make it to the car before the rain or go back into the store, the biggest bolt of lightning struck what seemed like feet away from us. (Now that I’m calmed down and less terrified, I’m thinking it struck the metal rod sticking out of the Cheesecake Factory. ?) We ran back into UO like lunatics. My 8 year old was absolutely terrified, shaking, and hyperventilating. I wish I had gotten her name but a blonde employee with the coolest outfit and the kindest smile came over and asked if my daughter wanted a cup of water to calm down. She checked on us often during the hour we were waiting for the storm to pass and her kindness was so genuine and appreciated. I made mad dash to our car once the rain lightened up and my girls ran to the car so I didn’t have a chance to thank her. Urban Outfitters is our favorite store and we especially love the one at Southpoint. If you are ever going to get nearly fried by a lightning bolt, UO at Southpoint is the place to do it. To the pretty blonde with the warm smile and excellent fashion sense, thank you for your kindness yesterday.”
“Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff !We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids ??Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food.And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.And all that time, they let me sit on(@) one of their display tables since I’m struggling with my back pain.The gentlemen, like Chris and Tay(or Té) and then another one whom I don’t want to butcher his Nigerian name , these guys were all very attentive and entertaining!Errol”

“Such a cute little shop, was excited to find a store that is gender fluid and inclusive and a lot of size inclusivity which was awesome for me.Kind of was expecting to be greeted or spoken to while we were there, wasn’t busy or anything.
