Came here this past weekend, everything was so well organized and the staff was super nice! It was so easy to find a cute outfit for work, this is now my go to H&M

The store has great selections and is neat and clean. But the employees are there to just get the money. They need customer service training. They don’t acknowledge or help. They don’t even say hello to the customers. Self check out is better then they are.
