“The guys at this Sherwin-Williams store are always incredibly helpful. There’s a sincere, genuine willingness to assist every time I come in. I don’t know if it’s a Durham thing or what, but the camaraderie in this store is real. You can tell they work well together, and that carries over to how they treat customers. I wish everyone in the service industry operated this way. Bravo to the store leadership for setting the example and hiring people who genuinely seem to care about helping customers. Always a great experience here.”

“This location has really wonderful service! We went in for a color match, and the first batch was a bit too dark. When we went in to exchange, they explained the situation (the original paint we were trying to match was only made in gallon batches) and helped us get the best match possible and exchanged the first can with no additional charges. Thank you!”

“We visited S-W on Witherspoon Blvd today. My wife and I are doing some renovations to our old home. Hair pulling time. Reese, the manager, was more like a therapist than salesman. He helped my wife pick out the paints. He was so competent and so patient. He helped us make a great selection.”

I am a full-time paint contractor and I refer all my clients to use the products from here. I put the trust of my judgment and my clients in their hands and haven't been disappointed yet!! “Excellent service! The staff was patient and understanding a we selected a pattern that was not in stock and waiting patiently for it to become available. The last week it arrived, and a man named Pedro Tello installed it. He said he has been installing flooring for 22 years, and he was a real expert. He worked quickly and the results were perfect, beyond our expectations. I wish now that I had watched how he managed to remove the old flooring from under the cabinets, and more amazing yet, how he installed a single sheet of vinyl that went under the cabinets and into every nook and doorway. It was as if the house were being built and the flooring had been laid before the cabinets and appliances and thresholds were added! And it looks great!”

“Wallace in Appliances was absolutely awesome! We had been searching for a new washer and dryer for weeks and just couldn’t make a decision. We explained the features we were looking for, as well as the ones we definitely didn’t want, and Wallace was incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions, and never tried to steer us toward something we didn’t want. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. And the delivery was incredibly fast! We purchased our washer and dryer on Sunday, and they’re already being delivered today. If you’re shopping for appliances, I highly recommend asking for Wallace. He made what had been a stressful process so much easier, and we really enjoyed working with him!”
