“Called them about a stuck miter saw, they said to come by any time this week, so I hopped in my car and got there 45 min before they closed. They asked if I could drop it off, but I wasn't nearby so they worked on it. It took them 10 minutes if even to clean it up so the miter would slide around. Charged a very fair price. If I have tool problems again, they will be my first call.”

“I've gone here a few times before and had great experiences, but this last one takes the cake.
I was interested in purchasing a grill, but I couldn't find any in-box (not pre-built) for the specific model I was looking for. I asked an associate, Barry, if he knew if there were any still in-box in stock. The two of us went on a hunt, as some of the designated locations in his system didn't have anything on the shelf.
After what was probably 10 minutes of him just helping me out, we finally found the last in-box grill on the top of a shelf. He used the mechanical lift to get it himself and when we brought it over to checkout, he made sure a discount was applied to it due to our adventure to find it.
Turns out, Barry didn't even work in that area. He was part of plumbing, but took the time to make sure I found what I needed.

“Wallace in Appliances was absolutely awesome! We had been searching for a new washer and dryer for weeks and just couldn’t make a decision. We explained the features we were looking for, as well as the ones we definitely didn’t want, and Wallace was incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions, and never tried to steer us toward something we didn’t want. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. And the delivery was incredibly fast! We purchased our washer and dryer on Sunday, and they’re already being delivered today.
If you’re shopping for appliances, I highly recommend asking for Wallace. He made what had been a stressful process so much easier, and we really enjoyed working with him!”
