“This is a first class paint store attached to a hardware store. It was staffed by a knowledgeable, experienced professional, Mark, who worked only with the paint and associated products. Mark gave great advice and did a superb job matching the paint sample I brought in.”

“I have spent thousands of dollars here. Tools are a great value, and I’ve never had trouble with customer service. As long as you don’t treat their return policy like a rental policy, they will take care of you. Reviewing today because one of the managers, John, honored a discount that I missed when my ITC account wasn’t applied for a purchase the day before, which I really appreciated. My advice is get familiar with all the promotions they offer, and double check your receipt before you head home, because mistakes happen sometimes. But they always treat a mistake as a chance to give great customer service and build loyalty, which you can’t say for every budget retail shop.”

“I had such a great experience at Wilkinson Supply Company. I came in looking for bath fixtures and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. Martrece greeted me with such warm and welcoming energy, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable and personal. She pointed me in the direction of Jessica, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient while helping me narrow down my choices. Jessica really took the time to understand the style I was going for and made the process so much easier. Overall, the customer service was exceptional and I’ll definitely be returning for future home projects!”

“Called them about a stuck miter saw, they said to come by any time this week, so I hopped in my car and got there 45 min before they closed. They asked if I could drop it off, but I wasn't nearby so they worked on it. It took them 10 minutes if even to clean it up so the miter would slide around. Charged a very fair price. If I have tool problems again, they will be my first call.”

“I was looking for a brickmason. So, what better place to search, than where they go to purchase their materials - a brick yard! I did find a mason, who heard me explaining my need to the sales associate. I consider this a success!”

“Ab, in customer service is Absolutely Phenomenal! I called in last month from another state needing some warranty information to assist my 90yr old grandmother. I was hoping that I would get someone that was helpful, and I did! I explained to Ab what the issue was and what I needed and she was BEYOND helpful! I Greatly appreciated her assistance and how courteous she was.”

“Do not think most contractors would waste their time posting reviews for supply houses. I would recommend grain of salting it, instead of wasting time making replies. This is a contractor only store. Reviews only show a lack of adherence to that policy. Just a basic observation”

“I've gone here a few times before and had great experiences, but this last one takes the cake. I was interested in purchasing a grill, but I couldn't find any in-box (not pre-built) for the specific model I was looking for. I asked an associate, Barry, if he knew if there were any still in-box in stock. The two of us went on a hunt, as some of the designated locations in his system didn't have anything on the shelf. After what was probably 10 minutes of him just helping me out, we finally found the last in-box grill on the top of a shelf. He used the mechanical lift to get it himself and when we brought it over to checkout, he made sure a discount was applied to it due to our adventure to find it. Turns out, Barry didn't even work in that area. He was part of plumbing, but took the time to make sure I found what I needed. Barry, thank you so much for all your help!”

“Thanks to Barry in plumbing for his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond for a D.I.Y Project that I had no business attempting!. . . He was a lot better than You Tube!. . . And also to Linda and Heather for their professional assistance and input to the project! I know that customer service sometimes can be aggravating when the right questions are not conveyed to the associate, however this Team and this Home Depot are doing a great job! Thanks Again guys, Todd”

“Wallace in Appliances was absolutely awesome! We had been searching for a new washer and dryer for weeks and just couldn’t make a decision. We explained the features we were looking for, as well as the ones we definitely didn’t want, and Wallace was incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions, and never tried to steer us toward something we didn’t want. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. And the delivery was incredibly fast! We purchased our washer and dryer on Sunday, and they’re already being delivered today. If you’re shopping for appliances, I highly recommend asking for Wallace. He made what had been a stressful process so much easier, and we really enjoyed working with him!”

“Great experience this morning at Lowe’s. I had to grab materials before heading to a job site and thought I’d be waiting about an hour, but Tyquanna, Tina helped expedite the process and before I knew it.. Miguel stepped in and got everything pulled and ready so fast I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Super helpful, professional, and they clearly work well as a team. One of the guys outside also helped load my truck (wish I remembered his name so I could give him credit too). Really appreciate the great service it made a big difference on a tight schedule!”

“Dalton was great!! He was the cashier who helped me during my visit. He was super friendly, helpful, and kind. He answered questions I had about the credit card and helped me find items around the store. I tried to leave a survey review for him but I couldn't get it to work. Hopefully this message reaches him. Thank you for all of your help, Dalton! You were great! I will definitely return to this Home Depot because of his customer service! Merry Christmas!”
