I was interested in purchasing a grill, but I couldn't find any in-box (not pre-built) for the specific model I was looking for. I asked an associate, Barry, if he knew if there were any still in-box in stock. The two of us went on a hunt, as some of the designated locations in his system didn't have anything on the shelf.
After what was probably 10 minutes of him just helping me out, we finally found the last in-box grill on the top of a shelf. He used the mechanical lift to get it himself and when we brought it over to checkout, he made sure a discount was applied to it due to our adventure to find it.
Turns out, Barry didn't even work in that area. He was part of plumbing, but took the time to make sure I found what I needed.

“Great experience this morning at Lowe’s. I had to grab materials before heading to a job site and thought I’d be waiting about an hour, but Tyquanna, Tina helped expedite the process and before I knew it.. Miguel stepped in and got everything pulled and ready so fast I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Super helpful, professional, and they clearly work well as a team. One of the guys outside also helped load my truck (wish I remembered his name so I could give him credit too). Really appreciate the great service it made a big difference on a tight schedule!”
