“Not sure if they read my initial review or if someone there realized they messed up and needed to do the right thing, but Brandy provided appropriate compensation for my trouble. She ordered the hitch and accessories for my SUV and schedule my appointment. Everything was installed yesterday. I have not used the hitch yet and not sure when I will so I hope it was done correctly. I have no reason to suspect it wasn't . All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. “Amaria was definitely a blessing to me. I came into the U-Haul a few weeks ago, distraught, because life was handing me lemons. She gave me an encouraging word and a big hug in the midst of my tears. When I came into the store today, she remembered exactly who I was, and asked how everything was going. I let her know that everything was working out, and I thanked her for the big hug when I was the other last time. She gave me another big hug and congratulated me on my move. Cameron was also a very helpful sales person who assisted me to the car with my boxes. He was respectful, pleasant and super helpful. Kudos to this amazing team.
