“Probably the easiest, most pain-free U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Definitely would rent here again. Made the reservation online the day before and was nervous they might not actually have the truck on short notice (as has been the case at other locations), but turns out there was no reason to worry. Walked in and the guy in line in front of me was taken care of quickly, then 5 min. later I had the keys to the exact truck I reserved for the exact price I was quoted. It sounds really basic, but I’ve experienced challenges and inventory snafus at other U-Haul locations and went in with low expectations. The young lady and gentleman working the shop were prompt, helpful and nice. Expectations exceeded! They also had a large array of U-Haul equipment and trucks on site from the looks of it, so I imagine they’re well stocked most of the time. Thanks for helping make an otherwise stressful occasion go much more smoothly!”

The gentleman I met was very willing to help, make a couple trips back and forth, and requested nothing in return. He helped me get my camper out of storage when I was really in a pickle. I can’t help but think that quality humans like that will consistently do their best to help their customers. When I find myself back in the Durham area and need a uhaul, I will definitely be going here.”

“Amaria was definitely a blessing to me. I came into the U-Haul a few weeks ago, distraught, because life was handing me lemons. She gave me an encouraging word and a big hug in the midst of my tears. When I came into the store today, she remembered exactly who I was, and asked how everything was going. I let her know that everything was working out, and I thanked her for the big hug when I was the other last time. She gave me another big hug and congratulated me on my move. Cameron was also a very helpful sales person who assisted me to the car with my boxes. He was respectful, pleasant and super helpful. Kudos to this amazing team. She ordered the hitch and accessories for my SUV and schedule my appointment. Everything was installed yesterday. I have not used the hitch yet and not sure when I will so I hope it was done correctly. I have no reason to suspect it wasn't . All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. “Reserved 12’ truck. Truck is clean, I drove 500 miles without any concern. Truck backside shutter has lock holder. Easy to drive on any roads. 12’ truck has four wheels. Also reserved hand truck which made moving fast.”
