“This is a nice place to store your belongings and they got great prices. It's clean, well lit, spacious and has climate control. The Mgr Chuck is very friendly and he gives you all the important information you need to know about public storage. I went online and rented my storage unit but Chuck reached out to me via phone to tell me everything about Public Storage which was great. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I didn't know how to open it until Chuck took the time to show me when I visited the property today. I really appreciate Chuck and everything he does to keep his customers happy.”

“The ladies here are TOP TIER. Ambrosia and Michelle were working when we came in. We had a reservation that wasn't what we wanted, but it worked out for our budget needs in the end. Every part of the process was explained well and with patience. We were leaving and i discovered that I had a flat. Not only did Ambrosia inflate it, but even used fix a flat. I say this only because it had just got to be closing time and she went above and beyond for someone when she didn't have to and I really appreciate just being able to get home. Thank you ladies!”

“Great place here! Just in the cross section I need and one of few places with larger, ground access, climate controlled units - just what I was looking for! Shelby helped me out a lot and was super pleasant to talk to. Booked online and all couldn’t be easier. Thanks, just where I need to be!”

“I've been working with Shelby to transition an existing storage space from one company to another using a finicky system. She was patient with us through every step until we got it done. I appreciate her calm demeanor (she did not once come across as frustrated) and willingness to work with us so we could continue our business with Security Self Storage.”

“My initial set up and gaining access went very well, Nick helped a ton and was kind and supportive during this process. This is the first unit I’ve had in about 12 years, so will update if things change! But the units and indoor space is very clean. The temperature control is a huge bonus. I like the hours for access into the unit. Easy parking and accessible. The energy saving for the sensor lights is super cool and I enjoyed that feature. Overall, no complaints! Thanks Nick!”

My mother has known her for the whole time she has stored here and she is family her son also grew up with us. From switching sizes and helping with the payment (they do go up a lot but that’s not her fault) she is always trying to help. Thanks Bev we love you!”

“Can’t say enough GREAT things about Triangle Mobile Storage. Everyone we’ve met has been so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful — the list goes on and on. We’ve just started this renovation project — Cameron delivered the container this morning — perfect parking in our driveway — and he took the time to explain the locks and taught us how to operate the doors. Thanks, Cameron!! Matt Yarborough — thank you, too. You’ve been great since the first time I contacted you back in January to get this started!!”

“They've been moving me and my family for 25 years. 5 times, Durham to Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill to Mebane, Mebane to Raleigh, Raleigh to a mile away, Raleigh to Wake Forest. Other than minor little expected moving issues it's always been great. Mr. Taylor is a good man, his staff are good people who work hard. If it were easy we'd all be doing it ourselves. I recommend Taylor's Moving”

“All in all not a bad experience. Would recommend for shorter terms (1-3 years) driven by the sneaky increase in monthly pricing over time. We rented an air conditioned unit, 10’x10’ in preparation of a room renovation; which at the time was an easy sell, due to a killer introductory rate of something like $89/month for the first 3 months and then returning to their standard pricing model (which at the time, it was something in the neighborhood of $115/month without fees/insurance/what have you). Other than that the facility was always clean, a little tough to find a cart or hand truck but then again we only had access to the main building outside of the gated units. Didn’t mind this particularly though since the entry point had parking directly outside the doorway. I do recommend bringing some form of a door stop if you plan on renting the AC units since I feel like they grew legs over night and walked off 😅 Staff was friendly but their hours truly do vary so try calling ahead of time. Cancellation was also super easy and not trying to reel us back in - very helpful and understanding.”
