They were efficient and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to reposition furniture when I changed my mind on some things. “My initial set up and gaining access went very well, Nick helped a ton and was kind and supportive during this process. This is the first unit I’ve had in about 12 years, so will update if things change! But the units and indoor space is very clean. The temperature control is a huge bonus. I like the hours for access into the unit. Easy parking and accessible. The energy saving for the sensor lights is super cool and I enjoyed that feature. Overall, no complaints! Thanks Nick!”

“All in all not a bad experience. Would recommend for shorter terms (1-3 years) driven by the sneaky increase in monthly pricing over time.
We rented an air conditioned unit, 10’x10’ in preparation of a room renovation; which at the time was an easy sell, due to a killer introductory rate of something like $89/month for the first 3 months and then returning to their standard pricing model (which at the time, it was something in the neighborhood of $115/month without fees/insurance/what have you).
Other than that the facility was always clean, a little tough to find a cart or hand truck but then again we only had access to the main building outside of the gated units. Didn’t mind this particularly though since the entry point had parking directly outside the doorway.
I do recommend bringing some form of a door stop if you plan on renting the AC units since I feel like they grew legs over night and walked off 😅
Staff was friendly but their hours truly do vary so try calling ahead of time. Cancellation was also super easy and not trying to reel us back in - very helpful and understanding.”
