Customer service line was extremely long. Everyone seemed to be allowed to take a break at the same time. Same problem with customer pickup section. Far too much work for one person.

Better price than any tire store out there, the two gentlemen who replaced all 4 tires today were excellent, took my car in earlier than the scheduled appointment time and finished promptly. Good experience.

we renewed our membership to SAMS when it was on special. I do not go in there as much as I would like since the one out in the park closed. We need one back in the park!!
