They offered a quote that was half as much as quoted at the other place (and in line with KBB), and were extremely helpful, timely, and communicative along the way. They've won my business.”

“Without an appt, I drove in to get a light that came on on my dash....low air in one of my tires. I walked in and they told me the light comes on with weather changes, in this case, from warm to cold, and they said it would probably be about an hour or more wait. I was ok with that, thinking it could have taken longer. After about a 10 min wait, he brought me my keys and told me the light was off now, and everything was ok. (In hindsight, I think he was joking with me about the hour wait). I am so grateful it was nothing more than the weather that caused it and I asked how much do I owe you and he said nothing. This is how you run a business, folks. Although I live in Raleigh, I will always remember how I was treated at Durham Tire on Roxboro Rd.”

Their personnel took time to answer all my questions.The techs also took the time to check my current tires and make the recommendation to only beef up the back tires. “It was a process, and an unfortunate and unexpected outcome with the rims I wanted. Both Anna and the dude who assisted with doing the tire change were top notch. It wasn’t their fault but the rims weren’t as expected. Let’s just say gloss black with the red trim isn’t always what they appear inside on display. Once I saw them on and outside in the sun it was NOT the ones I wanted.Much respect for Rim Tyme doing the right thing and getting me out the door to keep me satisfied. Nobody has come close to the wonderful experience I had today with N Tune.I called them in the morning to say I’d be having my car towed because it was leaking gas. When I called in the afternoon to say the tow truck driver fixed it, they asked if I wanted to drive it in and they could make sure everything was okay. I asked if I could bring my dog, and they said yes. (Big points for this!!).When I got there, everyone was so kind. I’ve experienced a lot of condescension as a young woman in car shops & mechanics, but none of that was present. They took the time to explain everything I had questions about and more.
