They work with what you are able to pay and do not try to hold you to a year lease when you may not need it. Their little snack bar set up is absolutely the cutest. You will not find this type of service at your bigger storage companies. I love how personable and thoughtful they are.”

“Every now and then there are people that go well above what there job duties require. Well , today was one of those times. I came to pay my bill last week and but the associate put my payment on someone else's account. I came back in today to get the problem corrected and Secure Care associated Jackie just happened to be working. She found who's account was accidentally billed to my CC, took action and problem rectified. Im a happy customer once again. 5 star rating for Jackie's customer service I ce. Thank you!”

“Mayi was such great help the other day and I would like her supervisors to know that. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month, but when I called and spoke with her she was very polite and professional. She was able to notify me within a couple hours that my refund was taken care of by her district manager.
