State Employees' Credit Union, a trusted financial institution, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some have experienced exceptional service, others have expressed concerns about the inconsistent attitudes of the staff. One customer praised the exceptional service provided by Neena Sarihyan, who exhibited a friendly and helpful demeanor, making the customer feel valued. However, the same customer encountered an older woman at the same location who seemed rather unfriendly, creating a negative atmosphere. The customer emphasized the importance of all staff members understanding the significance of customer satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming environment. Another customer, Akia, was commended for her exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and understanding of the customer's time constraints. The customer was delighted to interact with someone so down-to-earth and appreciated the superb service provided. Stephenie, another staff member, was also praised for her helpful and thorough assistance. Similarly, a customer's parents had a positive experience with Stephanie, who was quick, helpful, and patient in addressing their needs. After a disappointing experience at another branch, Stephanie's kindness and attention to detail made the process smooth and efficient, ultimately helping the customer's parents acquire a new car after a car accident. Overall, State Employees' Credit Union has received a mix of reviews, highlighting the importance of consistent, exceptional customer service across all staff members. The positive experiences underscore the credit union's commitment to meeting the financial needs of its customers, while the negative experiences emphasize the need for ongoing training and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Very pleasant staff in person and on the phone. Thanks for offering your notary services, too.

Yolanda Anderson has been SUCH a great help, and very responsive. She's always available to answer any questions. Always a pleasant experience whenever I'm at this location.

It's really hit or miss here. They have no clue that lunch hour is their rush hour. Literally one person working the desk. It's ok because their time is more important than your time.
