I made a surprise visit to this location last week as it popped up on my radar as I went to yell looking for the nearby State Employees' Credit Union. I was so glad to see this ad in this location and I'm driven past it many times not knowing that it was a bank and that it was here. Same great State Employees' Credit Union service to the boys they give off a great five. Everyone was helpful and I received what I need it in a number of minutes and I was on my way. Great parking and excellent service.”

However, there was another older woman at the same location who seemed rather unfriendly. It would be greatly appreciated if the management took the time to explain the significance of making customers feel welcome to her.Neena's assistance truly made the start of my day great. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. Her warm smile and willingness to assist me with any questions or concerns made me feel valued as a customer. Neena's exceptional customer service skills are commendable and greatly appreciated.On the other hand, the older woman at the location failed to exhibit the same level of friendliness. Her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, which created a negative atmosphere. It is crucial for all staff members to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and ensuring a welcoming environment.I hope that the management team takes the time to address this issue and provide the necessary guidance to the older woman. They are not flashy, but very competent and straightforward, and can provide a good place to start a new account, manage a consumer loan, and other banking needs. I appreciate that their staff is often consistent, well trained, and able to spend time to explain things. Glad we have this option in our community! Even though I use another bank for my business (DFCU does not handle business accounts) I have always kept this account open and value the local accessibility, and convenient use options.”
