Open hours don’t match what’s listed online. Closed when we arrived, still on the phone 40 minutes later trying to convert the reservation to an online pickup so that we can get the truck. Not a good experience.

Did not have the reserved rental truck available upon pickup. No prior communication and unable to call them since all calls get autodirected to voicemail, and the voice mailbox is full so you can't even leave a voice message. That is just bad customer service, definitely do not recommend this location.

Super quick and easy to both pick up and return. The attendant was amazing and super helpful (did not get his name, though). Truck itself was clean and drove without any issues.
