Truck was in bad condition. One wiper was zip tied on. Dirty interior. Hole in the roof of truck that was just glued close and they tried to blame us for it. Good thing it didnt rain. Packages were left inside from previous user of truck. Only thing good was the engine worked and had no break downs during the 18 hour drive

The location needs to be cleaned up. It was dirty, dusty and just nasty inside and out. Cat roaming around and kids screaming. Staff seemed stressed and waited an 30-45 mins for a scheduled truck pickup

My advice is to call before getting there. I have reserved a truck online but there was no truck at the place available. Have lost time but luckily Uhaul had a truck available.
