“I love Aldi. There are so many healthy choices and organic options. I rarely have to visit any other grocery store to fill our pantry. The self check out is awesome and easy. In addition, I have sampled all kinds of Crofton brand household goods sold at Aldi and the quality of their products exceeds most department stores.”
“Get the livermush!!!! Crispy. And then bring some home with you because they've got a butcher there. I'm just amazed at how awesome this place is!!! And that sweet girl she is absolutely the best!!!”
“Great little country grill and store. Very good burgers, hand patted the old fashioned way. Great prices. You can eat better here than at McDonald's for the same money or less.”
“Local grocery store. Smaller than the one 7 miles away so there's not nearly as much to choose from but we still appreciate it being here. It's always clean and well stocked for the most part. Bathrooms are always clean and that's a plus for me!! Employees are great too.”
“This place is why you should buy local whenever you can! They have a little bit of everything you need, and great snacks and drinks for the road! Folks there were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. I'm a stranger in these parts that's just passing through, but I was treated like it's my hometown! Thanks for the hospitality!”
“Outside of Publix... this is absolutely the BEST grocery store chain I've ever been into! They've got it all & do it well, so clean, neat, well stocked, just a good as you could ever expect! I'm coming back to any of these stores when I travel!”
“The employees here, from management to stockers, have made it their mission to get back in the swing of things after the hurricane and begin to provide the public and their loyal customers worth the provisions they need and the service they deserve. I highly recommend this store to anyone as a place to come home!”
“Just left had the best experience there - you gotta try the smoothies! I also had a pimento cheese wrap (DE-licious!) - I’m definitely coming back for fresh brewed hot teas, glass bottle milk (Cowpuccino:), and of course I can shop their full range of health supplements and wellness and spa care products! Lovely people too!”
“Friendly people and a good market. The food is excellent. It's a shame the owner doesn't have picnic tables or seating available for visitors. We were on motorcycles and it made it difficult to enjoy our food.”

“Part of me wants to give 5 stars, bc I am strange and love any new experiences that surprise me. This is a discount store. With the reduction in prices, you can't walk in and expect it to be as accommodating and tidy in appearance etc as a regular retail store. But I was surprised that it was very organized. It was clean, outdated and no fancy extras, again that's to be expected. What I found most interesting was that just after lunch 3 days a week they put up caution tape around the produce coolers and stock them with amazing deals, while the customers all start lining up, they crowding around. And the women, all of which were 50 plus, started sharing the rules and how it works. Picture black Friday the years where fights broke out. .. only small scale with older women. I suggested pairing up and each grab two of the items and it was a peaceful event, but these ladies are serious about their produce;! Prices: pears .25 cents, lettuce .50, onions 10 cents, watermelon seedless 1 99. All breas including Hawaiian bread, bagels and English muffins $1, can goods varies from 50 cent to 75 for the most part. Steaks and hams $1 lb up to like $6 or 8 on porterhouse. If you live within an hour of this place, even two it's worth coming at least once or twice a month and locals should come a couple times a week as they get new trucks daily. I got a gal of milk for 50 cents with the sell by date that day, but it was good for 3 days and even if you only drink one serving that's worth it! So I love love love this place. Rock bottom prices, interesting atmosphere. The employees however were not at all friendly. Some just didn't say much at all a couple were actually kinda rude to other customers. But they could have been just having a bad day. Plenty of parking. You bag yourself but there were lots of free boxes and bags”
“Went in tonight looking for 2 specific things and walked out with way more than I had came in for. ( Didn't find what I wanted but am happy with what I did.) This DG is the BEST one I have been in in YEARS! Very clean & organized!!! Loads of cute home decor items. Store layout is functional also. DG is definitely doing well with this store. Will refer friends & family, even strangers to this one! So go check it out y'all! ?”
“New favorite spot for me. Very central American. The food was absolutely incredible. And the products available were great. I walked outta there full and with quite a few new things to try. The people were very nice. I can't wait to eat lunch again.”

“We were recommended to Jim Cole by one of his relatives. We had a dead car and needed to get it fixed. He sent Dwight who very quickly and efficiently got our "baby" to a repair shop and we were on our way in no time, thanks to Jim Cole's (and Dwight's) excellent service. Thank you.”
“I love my new local Dollar General! Ann and all the staff there are very friendly and helpful! Thankfully, it's not that far away. Right off Hwy 74 @ Plato Lee Rd. Shelves are normally stocked well, considering the pandemic has backed up everything! Ann was kind enough to let Eli hang a picture he colored right there at the front counter!Highly recommended! Stop by and say hello to Ann!”
“Chicken BETTER than KFC, Best Bar-B-Que in the world. If you come at 12:00 p.m. you might as well get ready to wait in line, usually they'll be a bunch of factory and construction workers getting their chicken barbecue macaroni potato wedges or their flawless spaghetti. Most of the staff are great. ALL of the kitchen crew are fantastic. They also have great desserts. The restaurant is located within the convenience store it is usually crowded. The gas across the street is cheaper yet they still have a lot of people in there getting petroleum for the cars.I have the usual things of convenience stores including beer Pepsi Coca-Cola mountain dew etc. They have oatmeal chocolate cookies potato chips etcThey have lottery tickets and slot machines and cigarettes.Drop in number one has existed since 1980 and is a favorite among many people.#cookies #pepsi #mountaindew #chicken #barbeque #taterwedges #lottery #beer #northcarolina #convenientstore”
“Cool place to get some Mexican food. A little different than what I'm used to but still I enjoyed the food. Staff could be a tad bit more friendly though I must say.”
“The young man Mr Jay was wonderful I brought a phone from them he explain I couldn't bring it back I took it anyway its been a month and haven't gotten it on yet DID I MENTION THAT THE ONLY REASON I BROUGHT THE PHONE IS BECAUSE IT Said BY Version THHEN THEY SAID IT'S A SISTER COMPANY BULL SUGAR HONNEY ICE TEA”
“Only kick I got is they never have no large t shirts they get some in an they are gone an it sometimes cpl months before they have them again l think I would stock what sells”
“I asked for some items from the deli counter and John was so helpful. Received exactly what I wanted and he had such a wonderful smile. I hope to see him again next time I go shopping.”
“This is a very well stocked store right near the college. The shop was clean and well lit for the most part but there were a few darker isles. All and all, it was another good visit to one of the many dollar generals. It would near top of the list for me.”
“Dollar General stores are everywhere and they have most of what you need without going to the god-aweful Walmart. DG as we call it could use some cleaning though. Maybe they cut their staffing too thin.”
“Staff was very friendly greeting me upon entry and exit. Customer service reps were friendly and attentive in helping to resolve my issue and quick to refund my return”
“Always nice staff. I run in and out for my husband to grab tubes and tobacco for him. They seem to have a great selection of so many things. Store always looks nice and organized.”
“I'm the assistant manager here. I love working at this location. My coworkers are the best. I highly recommend anyone to shop here. We are friendly and customer ready.”
“Friendly staff, easy to find what I'm looking for. Although they seem to be out of sugar A lot of the time, other than that this is my go to Dollar General!”
“Very friendly staff!! Had the pleasure of meeting a sweet young lady “Kirstie”. She was very friendly and took the time to help me even tho I came in right near closing time!! The store is looking better as well I can tell management has changed for the better”
“FRIENDLY, very nice and helpful. ALWAYS helping me, I have Back issues and they always help load and carry out my things to car if I need. I'm sorry I can't remember the girls name that cashiered last Thursday, but she was greatI had about $250. Of items I purchased, she helped load the app for $ general between checking out my purchases, bagged light enough for me to carry at home, placed the items in another buggy for me and took the buggy to my car. James is always so helpful as well. He does the same for me. And returns the buggy for me. Couldn't ask for nicer people.”
