“I had runover a large branch and it was stuck underneath my car. It was making a terrible noise. I couldn't pull it out no matter what I did. I went to the Exxon Station in Etowah, NC and told him what the problem was. I assume it was the owner. He didn't hesitate to get down under the car to see the problem even in the rain. The branch was really stuck but he was finally able to get it loose. I want to give him a big thank you for his help. He wouldn't even take anything for doing that. Bless his heart!”

“I was introduced to Asheville Eurosport around the time they opened in 2011. Until that time my experience with Bmw motorcycle dealerships was less than stellar. So when I heard a new Store had opened in Asheville I decided to take a ride there to check them out hoping for the best. From the moment I walked in the door I knew that I would be having a different experience than other dealerships I had been to. All of the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The knowledge of everyone from service to parts to sales is obvious. Most of If not, all of the staff ride as well, so that is an added level of experience That they can share with Their customers. I have purchased several bikes from the gang over the years and every experience has been exceptional in all respects. Their selection and quantity of motorcycles available for sale is stellar in both new and used bikes, Pricing is competitive with the market, Service department is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in their work and even sitting down with the F and I department is a pleasure! I cannot recommend this store highly enough And I would suggest anyone in the market for a BMW or KTM check the store out before you buy somewhere else.”

Needed to bring my GLS for recalls - my local dealership couldn’t do anything for months - Mercedes of Asheville was thrilled to help and offered an appointment the next day! When I arrived I was greeted by Nate my service professional who took excellent care of me. I had no idea they offered breakfast and lunch! Such a huge relief not to worry about food when driving an hour to get there. It’s a really lovely facility and everyone in this dealership is incredible! Can’t wait to come back!”

The next thing I knew it was done. I may have waited 10 minutes unbelievable! Apparently the mechanic assisted with the inspection so they worked together to make it happen, five stars!”

“If you live in this area, go here. Don't look any further. Even if they have a wait time and can't get to your car right away, it's worth the wait for these people. The prices are very very fair, which is becoming harder to find in this industry, they do not take advantage of anyone and are very honest. They also are followers of Christ and treat people the right way. They helped my wife and I on our honeymoon and we are very grateful for these people. I wish I could move this shop to where I live.”

“All i can say about this shop is absolutely WOW, after desperately needing rocker panels, cab corners and a new paint job TD Customs was the ONLY shop within 200 miles that was willing to do the work, many other shops heard the word rust and immediately said no way we wont even consider it, TD Customs looked it over and just simply said yes sir thats not a problem at all. Extremely professional guys. super satisfied with the communication, timeframe and especially going the extra mile for me on my truck. they did exactly what i asked for to the T and left no doubt in my mind that i would be completely satisfied with the finished product and boy am I! i cant say enough good things about this shop.
