“I had runover a large branch and it was stuck underneath my car. It was making a terrible noise. I couldn't pull it out no matter what I did. I went to the Exxon Station in Etowah, NC and told him what the problem was. I assume it was the owner. He didn't hesitate to get down under the car to see the problem even in the rain. The branch was really stuck but he was finally able to get it loose. I want to give him a big thank you for his help. He wouldn't even take anything for doing that. Bless his heart!”

“I was introduced to Asheville Eurosport around the time they opened in 2011. Until that time my experience with Bmw motorcycle dealerships was less than stellar. So when I heard a new Store had opened in Asheville I decided to take a ride there to check them out hoping for the best. From the moment I walked in the door I knew that I would be having a different experience than other dealerships I had been to. “As I was traveling to see family near Hendersonville, my truck began to shudder and shake coming up I-26 after crossing over the Green River Gorge. I was able to make it to my destination on hopes and prayers but dared not move it another mile.
After doing some online research, I called Coggins. They recommended a few tow companies, I selected Hendersonville Towing who were also great to work with, and had the truck towed to their shop. Mind you I live in the eastern part of NC and had to rent a vehicle to get home.
Coggins kept me updated on the issue and the work being done. New transmission and 1200 miles later, I can't be more satisfied. Top notch company to work with in my opinion and thanks for assisting an ol fella from eastern NC get back on the road.”

“TLDR: I'm a customer for life! First-Class Customer Service. Excellent price for parts the labor. High-quality work! Trustworthy.
Long Version: In April, I took my 1986 Porsche 911 out for a drive to the Tail of the Dragon. A mile out from the Tail, my Porsche dies. As I roll it onto the a grassy area, it will turn over, but it's not getting fuel or spark. I'm able to get a flatbed, and tow back to Asheville, but I don't know where to go. I default to Porsche of Asheville. This was a horrible choice. After nearly three months of trying to get PoA to answer the phone, give me any updates, or make ANY headway, I'm about to give up. Finally I get a recommendation to call Jon at RennWerx. From that very first phone call, it was obvious these were the guys to work on my Porsche. Jon asked all the right questions about what was going on with my Porsche. I get another flatbed and take my Porsche from PoA to RennWerx. When I arrived, Jon and Clark were waiting for me. They took the time to walk through the entire car, ask questions about the symptoms and issues the car was having. Clark knew vintage Porsches like it was second nature. Both Jon and Clark exuded expertise and knowledge. I happily left my Porsche with them. Over the next few weeks, I would get a phone call or email every few days with updates on what issues they were tracking down, how the car was currently running, and other options we could consider. In every decision and change, I was fully integrated and understood what they were doing. They even invited me back to the shop when my Porsche was on the lift, so they could visually walk me through their process. This was Old-School customer service.
Pricing: I've been working, building, modding my own cars for decades (all European and mostly from the VWAG family), so I generally have a grasp on what parts and labor cost. The pricing on both parts and labor at RennWerx was phenomenal. Granted it's a vintage Porsche, so it's not cheap, but I never felt that the pricing was trying to rip me off or take advantage. Also, because Jon and Clark always kept me updated, I knew exactly what my repair was going to look like through every change and update. There were no surprises or hidden fees.
Results: My 911 runs smoother, faster, shifts cleaner, more power, and a better driving experience in every way. The work is exceptional, my Porsche was delivered clean, and ready to GO.
After-Care: After I picked up my Porsche two weeks ago, both Jon and Clark have called to check on how it was running, and did I have any questions or concerns. They even called to give me an update on a comparison timing test they had ran on another 911, so we could compare numbers to ensure my Porsche was running as it should be.
Bottom Line: RennWerx is wonderful. I will absolutely use their services for all future work on my Porsches.”
