“I cannot put into words how grateful I am to the guys at Eurosport Asheville.I needed service done on my KTM and the closest dealer to me is Eurosport, which happens to be almost 2 hours away. I had my appointment scheduled for 3pm and I arrived late, the service should have taken over three hours but Shawn helped me out and had two technicians work on my bike at the same time so that I could ride home while it was still light out, with that the service was done at 5 (in less than 2 hours).Now I am new to bikes and lacked the proper equipment, so when I arrived at the store I was very cold (it was about 20 degrees). When I was getting ready to leave Shawn asked me to wait because the owner Thomas was going to look to see if he had anything that could keep me warm, all the sudden all the workers began looking for equipment they could give me. In the end I was given a heated jacket, heated pants, cover pants, base layer pants, 2 neck warmers, a pair of gloves with hand warmers and bags to keep my feet warm. They even installed some wires on the bike that connect directly to the heated jacket and pants. When I asked how much I owned them, Thomas just told me not to worry and get home safe.The following morning Shawn even called me to make sure I made it home safe the night before.A few times in my life I have been blessed, yesterday was one of those times. I have never been treated so kindly by strangers, they treated me like a son. I am extremely grateful. With no question my next bike will be purchased at Eurosport Asheville.”

“The owner is WONDERFUL! He remembered me from last year bringing my car in for the state inspection. Was very nice and got started earlier than my appointment time, which was so kind since he didnt have to. I've never had a problem with him and always felt like he was being honest and fair which is rare for mechanics and during this climate of inflation. I've never used the shop for anything other than the state inspection, but I honestly won't go anywhere else for the inspection as I feel like he knows what he's doing. He also warned me about what the inspection should cost so if I did go elsewhere, I'd know I was being ripped off. I also was in and out in probably 10 or 15 minutes!”

We were desperate to find someone to help since we had checked out of our house and needed to get on the road home. Although they were busy on a Friday morning when we showed up, they realized we were really in a bind and agreed to help us. “I'm not from here and needed major help. I got my car repaired and they told me I needed a new donut. Nelson went above and beyond. I was running all over town trying to find a spare tire. He looked up one to order but no luck. The internet crashed and he went to the office to continue his search with still no luck. He came out to look at the actual tire, did an inspection to see my tire was actually just fine! I needed to write a review because he was so kind when I was a nervous wreck over something that was not even an issue. “I had heard good things about Tire Master so when I got a flat tire, I knew whom to call. They got me in right away, confirmed it was not fixable, and ordered a replacement. I went back later in the day, the new tire was already mounted and ready to go, and they swapped out the donut spare for the new tire. By afternoon it was all done. They stopped, got out, fended off the bear for me, offered to fix the window the bear broke, and when my rental company refused to care or come out to fix it, they fixed it for me free of charge. They were my saviors. They did not have to stop or care, but they did. There are still good people out there, and these guys are them! Thanks y’all!”
