Robert and his team treats everyone like family, stands behind their work, and always accommodates. I haven't found this type of experience anywhere else in WNC, so I would highly recommend stopping in if you're in the market for anything truck related.
Also, Over the past year I've been dealing with an issue on a camper that was custom build out of Colorado for my truck. This camper was a total nightmare as the build quality was a complete miss, but Robert allowed me to work with the builder in Colorado through Robert to address the issues instead of driving all the way back to Colorado. This act alone saved me thousands and I will forever be grateful.

The folks here at the Black Mountain location were so kind- it can be uncomfortable and intimidating as a young woman to go into an auto parts shop & oftentimes be spoken down to. This was absolutely not the case - the two employees I spoke with (father and son, if I heard correctly!) were kind, informative, respectful, and patient with me in checking my purchases to ensure they were right for my vehicle.
