“Unbeatable Prices and Amazing Local Service!
This is by far the friendliest shop with the best prices for boots and apparel in Fayetteville! It feels great to support a local business instead of a big-name chain. We bought two Stetson cowboy hats and a buckle here, and the total was over $300 less than what the big corporate store was charging.
While the boot selection isn't quite as massive as the larger chains, the customer service more than makes up for it. Megan, Jeniffer, and Gracie were absolutely amazing—super kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. We will 100% buy from this store again!”
“Mariya saved the day. I had ordered something’s online and never received confirmation of the order arriving at my local store. The items were returned to the shelves. Therefore the Associate Mariya personal helped me to pick all the items that were returned to shelves. She did this while helping mutable customers at one time. So thank you for helping me to retrieve my items and in a quick manner. I was out of the store in 15 minutes.”

“Been here twice now (cause I typically order on the app) & honestly, I think I’ll start going back in-store to shop. The customer service team is absolutely wonderful. I also ended up getting the credit card the first time I went after finding out the clothes go up to size 14 in kids. Absolutely worth getting the credit card. But the team is so open to getting questions & before they provide any sort of misinformation (if asked a question that’s not common) they double check & give you the right answer. Also, totally saves me from paying shipping if I order through them for in-store pickup (they also offer shipping directly to house) but it’s just easier to do in store in case the item doesn’t meet my expectations.
Overall, absolutely wonderful team & great place to shop!
Edit: After reading the other reviews, there was zero discrimination against me & I’m also a POC. They greeted me both days, offered assistance, & even asked if i needed a basket. I understand all experiences are different, but mine has been great thus far!”

“Very cute store, that doesn’t feel overwhelming. Lots of toys that aren’t electronics, the prices are a little bit higher than big box stores but it is a small business. Bought a few travel toys and activity books. Plan on coming back. The customer service was on point.”
