“Jayden helped me at this store today. Asked my name and remembered it while helping me select shoes. He gave me some exceptional options - and helped me pick a great color. In fact, because of his excellent customer service we bought four pairs of shoes. I bought two for myself - I would not have done so otherwise. I’ve been in several sketchers and have yet to buy myself a pair.
This is an unassumingly large store - I won’t hesitate to come back and buy shoes here.

“Unbeatable Prices and Amazing Local Service!
This is by far the friendliest shop with the best prices for boots and apparel in Fayetteville! It feels great to support a local business instead of a big-name chain. We bought two Stetson cowboy hats and a buckle here, and the total was over $300 less than what the big corporate store was charging.
While the boot selection isn't quite as massive as the larger chains, the customer service more than makes up for it. Megan, Jeniffer, and Gracie were absolutely amazing—super kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. We will 100% buy from this store again!”

“My daughter has always had an incredibly difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable and work well for her. We finally decided to seek professional help and initially visited another store in the area. Unfortunately, our experience there left us feeling like the only solution they wanted to offer was a very expensive set of inserts. The entire experience felt more like a sales pitch than an effort to actually help her, so we were understandably a little wary when we decided to try Fleet Feet.
Wow, we are SO grateful we did! From the moment we walked in, my daughter received the kind of help we had been looking for. For the first time in a long time, she actually felt confident about the shoe options she was given. Daniel took so much time and genuinely put in the effort to understand what she needed and help her find the right shoes.
Daniel was incredibly pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. His customer service is truly superb. Honestly, it felt more like we were talking to a friend who genuinely wanted to help than a salesperson trying to make a sale. Even though the store was busy, we never once felt rushed or like he was trying to move on to the next customer.
I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that we decided to walk into Fleet Feet, and even more grateful that we happened to work with Daniel. He completely changed our experience with shoe shopping. I wish every store had a Daniel!
UPDATE: We went back the following week for another shoe recommendation and received the exact same amazing service from Daniel. He remembered my daughter and her needs and once again took the time to go through different options with her without ever making us feel rushed. We ended up ordering another pair because of his recommendation and the trust he had already earned with us.
