“Been banking with SECU for 20 years. Never had a problem with them. Rather you go to the branch or customer service, they are always friendly. Many options on savings, car loans etc. Branches are always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend SECU if you qualify.”

“I had a wonderful experience with State Employees’ Credit Union! The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Fisher Torez for going above and beyond. Fisher was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping members and making sure all questions are answered thoroughly. I highly recommend State Employees’ Credit Union to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a team that truly values their members. Thank you again for such a positive experience!”
