The Fayetteville, NC branch offers a great experience, with efficient and super friendly customer service. The staff is willing to help and goes the extra mile to make situations easier. However, it can be hard to get someone to answer the phone. Overall, First Citizens Bank cares about its customers and their goals, making it a great place to grow with.
It is always Nice when depositing my moneys. Both locations Raeford and Ramsey st locations are awesome. Very friendly and I can get in and get out and trusting all is well with my accounts.
