We returned it and picked up a few other items. You win you loose some. Nonetheless, customer service top notch.”

“I bought a walk behind fertilizer spreader on this trip. A Chapin 80lb broadcast spreader. I was specifically looking for a made in the USA spreader. I had done a lot of research and review reading from various stores and online shopping sites. You know the big one I'm talking about. It came down between Chapin and Brinly. The store associate said he bought Chapin and was very pleased with it. Assembly took a while due to the parts being labeled one way and there being a conversion chart I had to keep referring to in order to use the correct part. The assembled product looks very nice and send to be relatively easy to operate. The oversized rubber tires roll very well and look like they will grip the turf famously. Be sure to ask about your veteran discount. 10% is a good amount.”

“Don in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!”

“Cashwell’s is well known around these parts for appliance parts. This is the second time I’ve have a range burner go out. The first time was at least a decade ago, back then it was easy peasy, the part was in stock and it was an easy plug and play. This time my part (radiant burner, a little more complex) was on backorder everywhere. Allen went above and beyond to locate the part outside of his suppliers. You don’t find businesses like this too often anymore. Shop local!”

Very reasonably priced as well. I personally felt like he under bid his services. You are having any problems with a small engine type tool I highly recommend you bring it to him”
