“I’m a little late writing this (life and I really wanted to take my time to get it right), but I actually received service on Saturday the 22nd and let me start by giving the biggest cosmic shout out to Justin and Luke. May your meals always be the perfect temperature, may you never lose your car keys in the Bermuda Triangle of your house, may every traffic light sense your greatness and immediately turn green, and may you never walk into a room and forget why you went in there. You two earned these blessings.
Earlier in the week (last week) I went in to get a quote for switching from my current plan to T-Mobile plus upgrading three phones and a tablet. I got a price I was happy with and planned to come back to seal the deal.
So Saturday rolls around and in marches my entire tiny circus. Me, my fiancé, and our three children. We were ready for battle. Or at least for paperwork.
That’s when a VERY understandable error was discovered with the original quote. And honestly? I wasn’t even upset. Mistakes happen, and Justin and Luke explained everything CLEARLY, calmly, and with the patience of two men who have definitely survived retail in December. We ended up being able to upgrade two phones and a tablet, AND they broke everything down beautifully. Before doing anything, they even asked what I wanted my total to be for the day and what I was comfortable with monthly and then they actually respected it. Not only respected it stuck to it so well that the final price came out cheaper. Bless them.
Then comes the plot twist: we find out my phone (which I bought in 2022!) was NOT unlocked when switching from Metro PCS. These two absolute legends called Metro PCS for me, dealt with a customer service rep who clearly woke up and chose chaos, and even handled it professionally when the supervisor literally hung up on us. Justin and Luke did not lose their cool once. I, personally, was one more snarky remark away from catching a charge but THEY held it together.
I was nervous about leaving Metro because of the price… but honestly? I’m so incredibly glad I
switched.

“My husband and I recently switched to T mobile after coming back from overseas. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies on a promotion that we didn’t end up getting due to restrictions BUT this was at no fault to this store. After being unsuccessful in getting transparency from the corporate number, we went in to this location again. They took their time speaking to the main T mobile number and they were not able to assist us. However, I have to applaud this time for being so attentive and helpful. They were transparent and did everything in their power to make it right even though it was not their fault to begin with. From the time we switched to getting help with this issue, we were taken care of, regardless of not getting the promo. Now they have called us back and done what they could within their means and we are grateful for not being forgotten. This is the type of customer service that keeps people around!”
“I visited this store after doing a locker pickup earlier that morning for an online order.to be honest I was that impressed when I went that morning and had never done a locker pickup before.when I entered store that morning I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in.i had no
Idea who the workers or who customers were.finally when I walked through the associates/customers someone spoke and I told them I was there for a locker pickup , that I had never done one before and instead of someone offering to at least show me what to do, I was told other there and got pointed to direction.when I was leaving no one said goodbye or anything.later after not being able to get phone activated I had to go back and was not looking forward to it.but it was a whole different experience thanks to Donte!he acknowledged me immediately upon entering and helped me even tho phone was purchased online.he had to make multiple calls and yet never got aggravated or made me feel like I was a bother.because of associates like Donte are the reason why these places have better ratings.to be honest if not for Donte I'd give this place a 1 star.verizon I hope you treat the ones like don't with respect and appreciate his work for this store because without him I do not want to even think about what the store would even be.associates like him keep y'all in business and I hope you realize this!”
