Metro by T-Mobile is a mixed bag when it comes to customer service. The Owen Drive location is described as helpful and professional, while the Eastern Blvd store has a manager who is reported to be unpleasant, lazy, and disrespectful, which is a "disgrace to customer service." In contrast, the Cassandra-led store provides an easy and efficient experience, earning high praise. The store manager Jousell and district manager Josh also receive great feedback for their excellent customer service. Overall, the quality of service seems to vary across different Metro by T-Mobile locations.
