“Josiah was a one man show. With numerous customers in the store, most employees retreated to the back room, to include the one that greeted us. However, Josiah bounced around to everyone and greeted new customers as they entered the store. We appreciate him after being abandoned by our original greeter. Literally never saw the guy that greeted us after he told me he would be right back and we were in the store for 30 minutes.”

“Today I went to Boost Mobile on Cliffdale Rd., in Fayetteville, NC to replace my phone. A young lady by the name of Bree helped me, and I was completely and thoroughly satisfied with the customer service I received. She was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to help me figure out my PIN number. She also has great multitasking skills, because she assisted 3 other people while I was there without neglecting me and my husband. Also, she’s funny as heck and it was like hanging out with a best friend. In my opinion, employees like Bree are a treasure and should be treated as such. Give her a raise and keep her there.”

“I went into this Verizon store with an issue I’ve been dealing with for over a month. I’d spent numerous hours on the phone with Verizon with nothing being resolved. Jordan helped us out and was so patient when we were explaining everything we had been dealing with. The store manager, Bradley, took the time to come check on us and also listened to the challenges we had been facing. Both of them were determined to get our problems resolved before we left their store and that’s exactly what they did. We left there with everything fixed and are so relieved/thankful!”
